Lighting Tower

The Lighting Tower integrates power generation, lighting, mobility, lifting, and waterproofing/dustproofing. It features a built-in generator power supply system and a fully automatic lifting and lighting system, eliminating the need for external power and enabling independent large-area nighttime lighting operations. Power output ranges from 5kW to 50kW, equipped with a diesel power system and high-power LED lights. Lifting heights range from 4 to 9 meters, supporting manual, electric, and hydraulic lifting. The trailer-mounted design ensures mobility, rain and dust protection, wind resistance, and durability, making it ideal for scenarios involving no power in the field, nighttime construction, and emergency rescue.

Integrated generator and omnidirectional lighting system: One unit serves two purposes, eliminating the need for additional purchase and installation of lighting fixtures and supporting equipment. This eliminates cumbersome wiring and scaffolding processes, saving on supporting costs. The equipment can be immediately deployed for nighttime construction and emergency lighting upon arrival, effectively improving work efficiency.
Equipped with a 4-9 meter adjustable hydraulic lifting tower and 360° rotating lamp heads, a single unit can achieve a lighting radius of 200-300 meters, providing uniform illumination and strong penetration, suitable for low-visibility scenarios such as rain and fog. Supports both remote and local control, with one-button start/stop lifting and lowering, completely eliminating the problems of small range, numerous blind spots, and laborious installation associated with traditional lighting.
Utilizes a heavy-duty integrated chassis and balancing support legs, combined with a high-strength steel tower, resulting in a low center of gravity and high stability. The equipment can withstand gale-force winds (up to level 8) when operating at a high position, and is unaffected by heavy rain, sandstorms, gusts, and other severe outdoor weather conditions, effectively preventing equipment collapse and eliminating safety hazards associated with high-altitude lighting in the field.
Equipped with an industrial-grade diesel engine, offering high fuel efficiency and lower fuel consumption. A large-capacity, corrosion-resistant fuel tank allows for 10-14 hours of continuous operation on a full tank, supporting overnight construction, nighttime emergency repairs, and long-term monitoring. Stable power output simultaneously meets multiple loads including lighting, small construction equipment, and domestic power needs, reducing frequent refueling stops and ensuring continuous construction.
The entire machine features a fully sealed cabin, galvanized corrosion-resistant frame, and waterproof wiring harness interfaces, providing dustproof, rainproof, corrosion-resistant, and aging-resistant properties. It can operate stably in a wide temperature range of -30℃ to 50℃, suitable for complex field conditions such as mines, infrastructure projects, roads, and coastal areas, enabling stable all-weather operation.
Equipped with an intelligent ECU electronic control system and an AVR automatic voltage regulation system, ensuring stable power supply frequency and voltage, flicker-free lighting, and protection for sensitive external equipment. Integrated overload, short circuit, over-temperature, low voltage, emergency shutdown, and leakage protection eliminates potential electrical hazards in the field, ensuring safe power supply and visibility during construction. 7. Utilizing an integrated mobile trailer chassis, equipped with shock-absorbing wheels, a tow rack, parking brake, and warning devices, it can be directly towed for relocation without the need for hoisting or infrastructure construction. The machine body has pre-designed forklift and hoisting points, allowing for rapid deployment, storage, and relocation by a single person. It has a small footprint, is easy to maintain, and is suitable for multi-site rotation construction.
